Parents may schedule an online consultation with Amy to discuss how she can best support you and your child; with the goal intended to help create more peaceful, enjoyable, and nutritious mealtimes and overcome the downward spiral of extreme picky eating. These discussions are strictly educational in nature and not intended to be feeding therapy. Coaching is not covered by insurance.
Amy coaches parents on how to transform and overcome their child's extreme picky eating. During this initial consultation with Amy, you can ask specific questions and understand in more detail how her coaching program can support your family. Both parties can decide if working together would be a good fit. Either way, as the parent to a picky eater you will walk away from the consultation knowing next best steps to support you and your child.
Little Table of Grace Coaching mentors staff, professionals, and parents on best practices of knowing how a child learns to become a healthy, happy eater. Please contact us for more information on scheduling virtual or in-person guest speaking events.

Ms. Amy has been so helpful to our family, and as my son would say helped him become a "food explorer" which makes him feel empowered around food. Her expertise has given us peace of mind by working to expand his food base to provide the nutrition that he needs now and for the long run. Thank you, Ms. Amy!
Our son was a micro-preemie, born at just 26 weeks weighing 1 lb and 10oz. One of the consequences of his early birth was a lack of tone in his chewing and swallowing muscles- things most people aren't even aware of and take for granted with healthy births. When we first were referred to Ms. Amy, our son was almost 3 years old and on a liquid diet even after a year of food therapy with another provider. Ms. Amy gave him the practical tools needed to chew and swallow successfully. She built trust and confidence for him to release his fear and sensory issues surrounding food. Years later, we worked with Ms. Amy again to help widen his pallet and to set him on a course for lifelong healthy eating habits. Ms. Amy gave clear communication to me, his mother, the meal provider.
All three of my boys have done food therapy with Amy for different reasons. And having a plan tailored to each of them was priceless. They went from only eating a few things to well balanced eaters, keeping intact a healthy relationship with food.
Amy was able to give me an understanding of the difficulties my son was having with eating instead of the old school advice of "make him sit in his highchair until he finishes his food". I learned there are so many components beyond the food that can cause kids to have difficulties eating. Amy is dedicated and compassionate about what she does and you know that she is in the feeding journey with you and you are not alone. She will listen and offer suggestions. There was never any pressure which was such a relief. I am thankful that Amy came into our lives when she did, to help my son learn and like to eat!
